Пропал Windows Update.

Кто разбирается с Windows Update?

Как то не охота переустановливать.

Выполняю sfc /scannow.

Dism/Restore online health - пробовал ничего нет..

Пишется : Что-то пошло не так...

нужно посмотреть, что с политиками.

Управление дополнительными параметрами Центра обновления Windows - Windows Deployment - Вот инструкция из вашего HKLM или же тут https://www.comss.ru/page.php?id=8144 - два варианта инструкций. Должно помочь. ( если использовали сторонние программы Defender отключалки , или заблокировали майнером ) .

Удаляем sc delete UsoSvc

Рестарт

Запускать usosvc reg и перезагружаем.

где удалить sc delete UsoSvc?
