Я установил notepad++ и java из Chocolatey Gallery | Packages с помощью https://chocolatey.org/install.ps1
PS C:\Users\Lazarev> choco install notepadplusplus.install
PS C:\Users\Lazarev> choco install javaruntime
Unix курит в сторонке
(На линуксе это так - apt-get install имя_пакета)
