Выполните аналогичные действия, как указано в этом посте, но уже с приложенным ниже архивом.

Скрипты в нём называются соответственно:
MoveFiles2.cmd - который нужно будет применить.
Recover2.cmd - на всякий случай для отката изменений.

После этого проверьте наличие проблемы.

Предупреждение: MS Office после это операции, возможно, перестанет работать корректно. Мы восстановим его позже.

Сделал, только случайно запустил без имени администратора (но сообщения были точно такие же, без предупреждений и ошибок) Вроде офис работает нормально, но проблема осталась

Честно говоря больше идей нет.
Давайте проведем установку в режиме обновления.

Cкачайте инструмент Media Creation Tool.
Запустите, выберите опцию "Создать установочній носитель для другого компьютера"
Убедитесь, что в следующем окне выбраны оптимальные для Вас настройки (должно быть Windows 10 x64 (русская редакция)
Далее.
Выберите ISO-файл. Далее. Укажите место для скачивания образа и нажмите Сохранить.

+ давайте попробуем еще один вариант очистки кеша иконок:

Завершите работу проводника таким способом: Ctrl + Shift + правая кнопка мыши по пустому месту на полосе панели задач, выберите "Выход из проводника".
Запустите диспетчер задач (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
Файл -> Запустить новую задачу -> cmd
Введите команды с подтверждением кнопкой ENTER каждой строки:

DEL /a "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\IconCache.db"
explorer

Нет, проблема осталась, только вот что произошло. Всегда, когда вылетал проводник, он закрывал все окна проводника(только их) но в первый раз окно не закрылось, а просто перезагрузилось в тот же путь, но последующие разы успехов не принесли, проводник перезагружается как и раньше

После скачивания образа:

На всякий случай сделайте резервную копию Ваших самых важных настроек, убедитесь, что знаете все автоматически сохранённые пароли и т.п.

1. Скачайте и установите любой эмулятор дисков, например, Daemon Tools Lite.
При необходимости перезагрузите систему.
2. Найдите Ваш серийный код системы. Если Вы не можете его найти, скачайте и запустите NirSoft ProduKey, в поле с Windows 10 нажмите ПКМ -> Copy Product Key. Он Вам потребуется при установке.
3. В программе-эмуляторе дисков откройте скачанный ISO-образ.
Через Мой Компьютер откройте сэмулированный диск. Если автозапуск не сработал, запустите файл setup.exe

Работаем в окне подготовки к обновлению:
Если появится предложение скачать обновления, соглашаемся.
Далее вводим ключ продукта (см. п.2), нажимаем "Далее".
Выбираем "Сохранить личные данные и приложения", нажимаем "Далее".
Установить.

Внимание! Установка этого билда может занять очень длительное время ~ вплоть до 3 часов.
Выберите подходящее время и наберитесь терпения. Удачи!

Я в курсе. Когда закончите тестировать, будет возможность ее купить, вот тогда и станет лицензионной. А пока что попробуем решить проблему установкой релизной версии.

Я объяснял Вам, как скачать в виде файла ISO. Давал инструкцию выше.
Просто сделайте всё в точной последовательности как там описано (только редакцию системы не перепутайте, если вдруг система неправильно определит, какой образ скачивать). И всё пройдет хорошо.

Лично у меня на виртуалке на медленном винте ставилась примерно до 1 часа.

Еще проверился reg organaizer он обнаружил старую версию виндоус на 30 гб, мне стоит ее удалять?

А папка как называется? (полный путь)
simply god, может, это для Win10 нормально?
А реально чувствуется сильное торможение?
Для уверенности в диспетчере задач сделайте такой же скрин, только замените значения на проценты: правой кнопкой мыши по любому пункту -> Значения ресурсов -> Диск -> Проценты.
Дело в том, что судя по скрину, 4,9 МБ / сек. - это по современнім меркам никакая не нагрузка, а значит проблемы с самим винчестером (странно что SMART чистый),
либо как я догадываюсь, DllPok, вероятно намекает на проблемы с контроллером.

если ничего вам не надо от данной папки, то смело удалите.
зайдите сюда и скачайте и запустите все драйвера кроме LAN и Audio (скачаем под свой ОС)

далее Win+R→services.msc→Ok и отключите те службы, которые вам не нужны, особенно отключите SuperFetch, 2-щелчок по ней и
Отключить и Остановить и Применить и Ок и Перезагрузите компьютер. Так ж программой AutoRuns (или его аналог) удалите
все лишнее с Автозагрузки (adobe acrobat update, skype и итд) и отключите OneDrive(skydrive)

Я бы добавил, что только в том случае, если берете на себя ответственность, что Reg Organizer ничего не сломает.
Но я бы посмотрел, что это за папка, потом сперва переименовал ее, перезагрузился. Если все нормально то ручками сам взял конкретно эту папку удалил без всяких программ.

Dragokas, нет комп не тормозит, просто такие значения, сейчас, например, 1%. Папку виндовс reg organizer не показывает.
DllPok, а в чем проблема со скайпом, мне бы хотелось остаться с автозагрузкой скайпа. По поводу дров, ставил с диска(который поставлялся вместе с материнкой) на этот момент win 10 еще не было. Из-за этого могут быть проблемы?
